Our client is an expanding high-tech company focused on cutting machining. The company has developed into a leading player in the production of small, critical-function components.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the company's development and become a vital link in the long-term relationships between customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

You are responsible for leading and executing projects throughout the entire process, from inquiry to established manufacturing processes. You develop a deep understanding of the operations, lead the work when introducing new articles, and hold overall responsibility for technical development, delivery, and budget. As needed, you will also support the sales department with tasks such as cost calculations.

You work in a structured manner, ensure timeframes and quality, and maintain order even when projects are complex and multiple elements are moving simultaneously. Your ability to engage and motivate others is crucial for achieving both your personal and the company's goals.

We are looking for you who

• Have an engineering degree or equivalent competence.
• Are structured, build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure everyone in the project is well-informed.
• Have a business mindset and are clear and confident in your professional role.
• Are curious about new technology and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Have experience with technical projects (experience in cutting machining is a plus).
• Have fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
